AP3SI believes that its market expects a continually improving service. We aim to continually improve the service we provide to meet or exceed our clients’ requirements.

The company plans to achieve the above by implementing a management system that complies with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard and committing to meeting or exceeding the requirements of our clients, learning from client feedback, and satisfying legal and regulatory requirements. The AP3SI Quality Policy is also intended to continuously improve quality and quality management. We strive to:

  • Provide deliverables to meet/exceed Client satisfaction that contractual requirements were met

  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently provide services that meet Client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Apply best practices and standardization; ensure delivery of high-quality service that meets Client needs, scalability, and repeatability; and enhance communication.

  • Enhance the systematic research and use of best preventive practices at all levels and ensure reliable risk management.

  • Pursue continual improvements of the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Develop and maintain staff competencies, creativity, empowerment, and accountability.
