AP3SI is a management consulting and professional services company that provides subject matter experts in a number of disciplines and competencies including Analytics / System Dynamics, Resource Analysis/ Management, 

Program Management & Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Lean Six Sigma / Process Improvement, Facilitation, Operations Research, and Economics to create a holistic landscape of our clients’ portfolio.  Our approach offers the benefit of evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency, applying best practices and standardization, providing an analysis of alternatives, or integrating resources and policy to reduce the probability of unintended consequences, resource inefficiencies and strategy gaps.

Customer service must be responsive, effective, and efficient by professionals that focus on customer need.  Our subject matter experts include: Program Management Professionals (PMP) certified individuals; Lean Six-Sigma Analysts (LSS); Certified Defense Financial Managers (CDFM); Operational Research System Analysts (ORSA); and, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) experts. Our team includes former Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Cost Analysis and Program Evaluation (CAPE) analysts; Army Program Analysis & Evaluation (PA&E) experts; and Policy / Manpower staff.  Our Service focus is on Management Consulting and Resource Analysis.

Our Leadership

 

 

AP3SI is led by Chuck Lunati.  A seasoned leader and practitioner in multiple disciplines.  He understands that Federal, Civil, and Commercial Clients seek consultant support when there’s a problem / perceived issue or they need help due to resource/ financial conditions.  His goal is that AP3SI management consultants and subject matter experts provide holistic approaches to solving real-world tough problems and issues for our client's benefit.  Mr. Lunati is a former OSD/CAPE analyst and consultant to many offices in the Department of Defense, Department of Health & Human Services, and Department of Veteran Affairs.  He is a recipient of several awards for resource management.
